» Grundstueck
still here yes. loosing battles, headache, sold the house, some work, no future. Time for a holiday, just a few weeks from now. Cold green tea, smoking way too much, paper chaos, crap wireless network, dead, dying, destruction. Marriage? Kiddies? Anal sex. Masturbating. Sweaty smelly feet, unwashed armpits, old clothes, new trousers. It's cold and rainy today, time to get the winter coats out, goat wool socks, big boots. I've got a problem and i don't know with whom to talk about it. I'm ok and i am having fun!

Got something to give away, a copy of Neubauten's Grundstueck album. Wanna have it? Just mail me. First comes thingy or a lottery or whatever.
» Sjonnie
The dishes where done, so i cleared out the dishwasher. And Sjonnie decided it's time for a snack..
» Cats...
Cats can get sick too, of course. They need to vomit every now and then, nothing new under the sun, eventhough it's a cloudy day. BUT WHY off all places does he have to puke all over the couch? The one place which is hardest to clean???

Why on earth did i just walk downstairs and back up to only find myself holding the tv remote?

Don't you hate it being at home working hard, while friends go on holidays?

It's nine-thirty-eight-a-m. what am i going to do today? It can't be that i'm bored already. Guess it's one of these days i just don't feel like doing anything. Maybe i should take the day off? It's supposed to be weekend after all.

I could grab my sunglasses and read on; currently Dan Brwon's Digital Fortress. Like his other books it's very catchy pulp. Not really interesting but yet hard to put away.

Wish n. was home.
» Star Trek
It's not all fiction. Sonic showers seem to be not all that futiristic anymore.

BTW, tonite we're FINALLY gonna watch the last three Voyager episodes.

I'm Dutch. I like to complain.

It's hot. Really Hot. Too Hot. Yesterday it was 28 degrees celcius. At 00:44. This morning it still was 23.6 degrees, 06:23.

I'm early today. Sweaty and dehydrated.

It's never ever okay, is it?
A couple of days ago it was COLD, not like freezing cold, but cold enough to have the heating running. The last 3 days it's HOT. Damp and hot. Bloody weather in this stupid country. It's sitting still and sweating like a fat lady would. And a woke up with a man inside my mouth. Smit. Tomorrow a nice short ride to visit my parents, sit in their garden, a real garden, unlike the patch of mud we have. It's not that bad though, the frontyard is okay. Not fun to sit though, no privacy. Anyway, parents garden. I bet it'll be raining.

Where should we go for holidays? We're planning taking a two week break around xmas this year, we we really have no clue where to go. Greece is too cold in winter. Maybe the Canaries? Bali? The Antilles? 2 weeks is not enough for Australia i guess. Or? What about the Seychelles? Gambia? La Reunion? St. Helena? St. Kilda? Norfolk and Pitcairn? Balls' Pyramyd? HELP!

Now, frenchies: Votes NON! cette dimanche.

All i want is a little house somewhere in the countryside. Peace and quiet.
» Minority Report
We've watched Minority Report yesterday. The idea sounded nice: some pre-cognitive beings are able to 'see' murder happening before they actually take place, so a police squad can arrest the murderer-to-be, thus reducing murders acts to zero.

As expected the movie starts ok, nice effects and generally watchable. But, oh yes, what a suprise, the main character becomes the next murderer. And of course he didn't do it..erm..he's not going to do it. So, who dunnit then? Or who's going to do it then? O, i never expected that, his boss, good friend and fatherfigure is the culprit. And, owh golly, a happy end...

Did i spoil the movie for you now? Surely not, you already know how hollywood stuff works.

Worth watching? Yes, i do think so. No suprises at all, not interesting plot twists, not the best performace of the actors, but still aA nice way to numb your mind after a day of intense labour.

On the skin-scale i'll give this movie a 'monday evening', which is something like a 4 or 5 IMDB rating.
» Cave
Browsing through older LJ friends entries (yea, yea, trying to catch up a bit, become a reborn christian lj user), i stumble upon danox' Happy Things entry.

Mute published a b-side's/rarities thing? Owh my...i'm so out of Cave these days. Out of the rest of the world too, i know, don't rub it in; i did see Shaun Murphy take the last Embassy title though. Anyway, Cave's Nocturama (2004). I've listend to it once. Half of the album and thought it was crap. Instantly ending almost two decades of fandom. These days i hardly ever listen to Cave, or the birthday party. Eventhough i still love his old stuff.

I think today is a good day to do the dishes and play Your funeral...my trial.

BTW, is this b-sides/rarities mute release the same as an earlier bootleg?

Taken the inevitable step. No public postings anymore.
